The team at Ecosse has many decades of experience in corporate finance, private equity, business turnaround, restructuring and private credit as well as deep sector knowledge and agricultural specialisation.  Coupled with institutional support and a history of sector specialisation the Ecosse team can source, structure and execute only the best transactions and has the depth of experience and skills to manage these investments through to realization.

The investment team is supported by a credit committee with an impeccable pedigree in agriculture, private lending and alternate asset management.

We consistently assess more than 300 deal scenarios each year, which are referred from over 50 specialist finance brokers.  Transactions cover a breadth of farming regions and commodity types.  As we continue to grow, we will see an increase in both the quantity and quality of deals.

We have successfully positioned ourselves in the market as a non-bank lender with a compelling offering, with distinct points of differentiation that are attractive to borrowers, referrers and our investors.
